Ford Transit Engines — Supply Only

If you have your own mechanic or preferred garage, Transit Tech can supply a reconditioned replacement engine without fitting. We supply engines for a range of Ford Transit models and can discuss nationwide delivery to your workshop or nominated address.

How supply only works
1. Send us your vehicle registration, model, year and engine code (if known).
2. We check the engine specification and discuss the correct replacement.
3. We confirm stock, the engine price, VAT, exchange requirements and delivery charges.
4. Once the order is agreed, we arrange dispatch or collection.
5. Your chosen garage installs the engine in accordance with the supplied fitting and warranty requirements.

What is included?
Our reconditioned engine specification includes crack testing of the block, decoking and cleaning, cylinder-head pressure testing, crankshaft polishing or regrinding as required, replacement main and big-end bearings, new pistons and rings, oil pump, timing components as applicable, seals, head gasket, timing cover, sump pan and piston oil-cooling jets. Valves are reseated and components are finished and sprayed.

Pricing and exchange
Advertised engine prices exclude VAT and assume a usable exchange engine is provided. If there is no usable exchange engine, the surcharge is £250 + VAT (£300 including VAT at 20%). Delivery and any other charges will be confirmed in writing before you order.

Warranty
All reconditioned engines come with a six-month warranty and unlimited mileage during the warranty period, subject to written warranty terms. Ask for the warranty and installation requirements before fitting.

Important: A registration lookup is a starting point, not final proof of engine compatibility. We may ask for your VIN, engine code or photographs of identification markings.
